The Translation News was an independent newsletter devoted to the discussion of translation-related issues, with an emphasis on news relating to the practice and business of translation rather than to the theory of translation. Unfortunately it stopped publishing in November 1995. You might be able to get information about where you can obtain old issues from its former publisher:
